With "easy access" through an "underground tunnel" to the Bricktown entertainment district and the Cox Convention Center, this "lovely" chain outpost draws loyalists; expect "quiet" rooms with "nice-size desks" and a "well-trained, courteous" staff, but beware "poor" food, "additional fees" for both parking and "slow" Internet access and an overall "dated" look; P.S. rooms "by the elevator shaft" are only for those who can handle "hearing everything all night."

Clean and nice location to downtown OKC.
Unfriendly staff (other than valet) and extremely poor security. Too many homeless allowed in the common areas.

Valet was friendly. Downhill from there. Check in staff and restaurant staff unpleasant. Rushed through dinner. Most concerning were the homeless people that were allowed to roam through the hotel and beg. They walked right by the front desk and restaurant staff with nothing said. Very uncomfortable. Will not go back. ...read more

I love the location and the comfort of rooms.
The walls are thin so I could hear the guy in next room as if he was in my room.

Overall this hotel is great. The only issue I had was the guy in the next room got a cell phone call at 6am and talked for an hour. I could hear every word he said as if he was standing in my room. Also, there are no full length mirrors which are a draw back. However, the hotel is very nice, staff is extremely friendly, and it is a fantastic location. It is a great hotel overall. ...read more

The beds were wonderful! A great night's sleep.
They could improve on the water pressure in the shower.

This hotel was centrally located and close to the interstate. It was within easy walking distance to Bricktown maybe 3 blocks. We were also able to walk to the Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum. The staff was wonderful, helpful and honest. After we checked out we realized that we had mistakenly left money in the room. We called the hotel, not really expecting to get the money back, but they retrieved the money and left it at the front desk for us to pick up. ...read more
